Both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder offer cruise vacations to be enjoyed by
the young and young at heart, with a wide variety of events and activities that cater
to a variety of age groups.
Specially for kids …
• Flounder’s Reef Nursery — A Little Mermaid and Under the Sea-themed
full-service nursery for children 12 weeks to 3 years old.
• Disney’s Oceaneer Club — For those 3-7 years old, a Peter Pan Neverland
that boasts a captain’s closet filled with costumes, toys and games.
• Disney’s Oceaneer Lab — A high-tech exploration area with activities for
8-12 year-olds, including interactive areas.
• The Stack (Disney Magic) and Aloft (Disney Wonder) — Reserved for those in
the 13-17-year age group, these areas are packed with comfy couches, a
soda bar, Internet access, plasma-screen TVs, MP3 players, and chill-out
necessities.
A popular children’s program includes So You Want to be a Pirate with Captain Hook,
where kids hear stories of pirate adventures and learn what it takes to be a pirate like
Captain Hook. The Wild Side shore excursion at Castaway Cay provides snorkeling,
biking and sea kayaking as part of the teen-only adventure

• Exclusive dining at the reservation-only Palo restaurant, with sweeping

• Disney Magic and Disney Wonder cruise ships are 83,000 tons, 964 feet long and each as long as the Eiffel
Tower is high.
• Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy cruise ships, currently under construction, will be 128,000 tons and will
have 1,250 staterooms each, which will more than double the passenger capacity of Disney Cruise Line.
• Castaway Cay, Disney’s private Bahamian island, is the only private island in the cruise industry where the ship
docks alongside so guests do not have to tender to land.
